The Menu


1st Course
: White gazpacho garnished with an avocado-tomato salsa and pickled gulf shrimp

Beer: Quantum Pale Ale

2nd Course:
Orzo pasta salad with morel mushrooms and crispy fried duck

Beer:
Total Domination IPA

3rd Course: Pistachio crusted trout with red pepper and Dungeness crab aioli

Beer: Believer Double Red

4th Course: BBQ Beef brisket, braised with Tricerahops Double IPA, with a Thai carrot and radish coleslaw

Beer:
Tricerahops Double IPA

5th Course: Black forest cupcakes with chocolate chip crème anglaise, topped with an Oatis Oatmeal Stout chocolate sauce

Beer: Oatis Oatmeal Stout

Prix Fixe for all courses is $50.00 per person. Gratuity is not included.
